# To vs 5 Tasks

The clearest difference is rating: 5 Tasks at 5.0 against To's 4.5. 5 Tasks also leads on ads (none vs shown). To's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. To sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 5 Tasks sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

5 Tasks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: To has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

To ships an update every 3 weeks, 5 Tasks every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
