# Tri vs Watch SECV Stream

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Watch SECV Stream at 100% against Tri's 0%. Tri's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 13 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tri holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tri has 33 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Tri's written reviews are positive against 100% of Watch SECV Stream's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tri ships an update every 3 months, Watch SECV Stream every 13 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
