# Lie Detector vs Lie Detector Test

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lie Detector at 41% against Lie Detector Test's 0%. Lie Detector also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 2). Lie Detector Test's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lie Detector sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Lie Detector Test sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lie Detector Test holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lie Detector has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Lie Detector's written reviews are positive against 0% of Lie Detector Test's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
