# shiftNOW vs KwikJobs

The clearest difference is rating: shiftNOW at 4.6 against KwikJobs's 3.7. shiftNOW also leads on ratings volume (499 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

shiftNOW holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: shiftNOW has 499 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of shiftNOW's written reviews are positive against 50% of KwikJobs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

shiftNOW ships an update every 9 days, KwikJobs every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
