# PBATS vs EZ

The clearest difference is update cadence: EZ at every 6 weeks against PBATS's every 21 months. EZ also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PBATS ships an update every 21 months, EZ every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
