# NOVA vs Finally Offline

The clearest difference is rating: Finally Offline at 5.0 against NOVA's 4.3. Finally Offline also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). NOVA's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 3) and chart position (#158 vs unranked). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOVA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Finally Offline asks for nothing beyond the download.

Finally Offline holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NOVA has 1.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NOVA ships an update every 3 weeks, Finally Offline every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
