# NOVA vs NATTY!

The clearest difference is rating: NATTY! at 5.0 against NOVA's 4.3. NATTY! also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). NOVA's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 5) and chart position (#154 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOVA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. NATTY! asks for nothing beyond the download.

NATTY! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NOVA has 1.2K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NOVA ships an update every 3 weeks, NATTY! every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
