# AromaPlus vs Scent Master Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scent Master Pro at 100% against AromaPlus's 18%. Scent Master Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). AromaPlus's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Scent Master Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AromaPlus has 45 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of AromaPlus's written reviews are positive against 100% of Scent Master Pro's.
