# DigiChess vs OpeningBook

The clearest difference is device support: DigiChess at 3 against OpeningBook's 1. DigiChess also leads on iOS requirement (15.2 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DigiChess sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and OpeningBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
