# Level vs Waraqah

The clearest difference is rating: Level at 4.5 against Waraqah's 2.5. Level also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (109 vs 6). Waraqah's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Level holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Level has 109 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.

Level ships an update every 2 months, Waraqah weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
