# Jot vs MemflixAI

The clearest difference is update cadence: MemflixAI at every 2 weeks against Jot's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MemflixAI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jot ships an update every 2 months, MemflixAI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
