# DeNet vs Warden

The clearest difference is monetization model: Warden at free against DeNet's free with in-app purchases. Warden also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). DeNet's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 4) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DeNet sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Warden sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Warden holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DeNet has 1.5K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 83% of DeNet's written reviews are positive against 100% of Warden's.

DeNet ships an update every 10 days, Warden every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
