Sayo turns what you say into what you have to do. Tap record and talk, the way you'd talk to a person. Sayo writes it down, then pulls out the parts that matter: the tasks, the dates, the ideas you'd otherwise forget by lunch. IT OPENS ON TODAY The first thing you see is what you actually owe: what's due before midnight, what's overdue, and who you're waiting on, gathered from every memo you've recorded. Three things, not a wall. Tick one off and it folds away. Tap any of it to jump back to the conversation it came from. IT KNOWS WHAT YOU DO Tell Sayo whether your day is showings and closings, calls and demos, jobs and quotes, or lectures and deadlines. It reads every memo that way afterward, names the property or the account in the task, and stops guessing at dates you never said out loud. ASK YOUR MEMOS Weeks later, when you can't remember which conversation it was in, just ask. "What did I promise Diego?" "What have I been putting off?" Sayo answers from your own recordings and shows you exactly which memo it came from. It never makes something up: if you didn't say it, it tells you so. WHAT YOU GET BACK - A clean summary of everything you said - Tasks, with due dates worked out from how you actually speak ("call the dentist Tuesday morning") - Events, ready to drop into your calendar - Ideas and follow-ups, kept separate from the noise BUILT FOR THINKING OUT LOUD - One tap to record, with a live transcript as you speak - Record from your wrist with the Apple Watch app - Lock Screen widget and Control Center button for a thought you'll lose in ten seconds - Siri Shortcuts, hands-free - Import audio or video you already have, or share it in from any app. An hour-long lecture or meeting goes through properly, and you can leave the app while it works. YOUR RECORDINGS, KEPT - Every recording stays, behind one row on the home screen - Search across every transcript - Trim and append to recordings; edit a transcript and re-run the AI - Lock private memos behind Face ID - Recently Deleted, with 30 days to change your mind - Share any memo as plain text, Markdown, or a formatted PDF - Export a full backup whenever you want FREE TO START Record, transcribe, and watch the full AI pipeline work on your own words before you pay for anything. Your free allowance is shown in the app before you reach it. SAYO PRO Ask your memos, unlimited memos, audio editing, the Apple Watch app, PDF and Markdown sharing, and backup export. - Monthly, $9.99, with a 7-day free trial - Annual, $49.99, save 58% - Lifetime, a one-time purchase of $49.99 at launch, if you would rather not subscribe ABOUT YOUR RECORDINGS Sayo's Cloud AI gives the best results, and it works by sending your recording to Sayo's own backend on Cloudflare to be transcribed and analyzed. It is never linked to your identity, never used for advertising, and never sold, and we keep no copy of it. You are asked before this is ever turned on, and you can switch it off in Settings at any time, in which case Sayo processes everything on your device and your audio never leaves the phone. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no ad identifiers, and no account to create. Your memos sync through your own iCloud, so they stay yours.
