# Current vs Pet Menu

The clearest difference is price: Current at $0.99 against Pet Menu's $2.99. Pet Menu's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Current costs $0.99 and Pet Menu $2.99 up front. Current sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Pet Menu sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
