# Active Stretch vs ChainFlow

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Active Stretch at none against ChainFlow's 1. Active Stretch also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). ChainFlow's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChainFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Active Stretch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Active Stretch ships an update every 10 months, ChainFlow every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
