# Turkish Translator vs A Third Ear

The clearest difference is update cadence: A Third Ear at fortnightly against Turkish Translator's every 2 months. Turkish Translator's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Turkish Translator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and A Third Ear sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
