# My Folio vs Pomodia

The clearest difference is ads: My Folio at none against Pomodia's shown. My Folio also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Pomodia's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Folio sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and Pomodia sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Folio ships an update every 2 months, Pomodia every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
