# VR Workout vs All Reformer

The clearest difference is update cadence: All Reformer at every 11 days against VR Workout's every 2 months. VR Workout's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VR Workout ships an update every 2 months, All Reformer every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
