# EMEETSTREAM vs NDI HX Camera

The clearest difference is rating: NDI HX Camera at 4.4 against EMEETSTREAM's 1.9. NDI HX Camera also leads on ratings volume (529 vs 15). EMEETSTREAM's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NDI HX Camera sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. EMEETSTREAM asks for nothing beyond the download.

NDI HX Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NDI HX Camera has 529 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of EMEETSTREAM's written reviews are positive against 11% of NDI HX Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EMEETSTREAM ships an update fortnightly, NDI HX Camera every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
