# BePresent vs Atoms

The clearest difference is ads: Atoms at none against BePresent's shown. BePresent's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and review sentiment (69% vs 56%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BePresent sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Atoms sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for BePresent against 4.8 for Atoms. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BePresent has 71K ratings behind it against 11K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 69% of BePresent's written reviews are positive against 56% of Atoms's.

BePresent ships an update every 5 days, Atoms every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
