# BePresent vs Vault

The clearest difference is ads: Vault at none against BePresent's shown. Vault also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). BePresent's advantage is ratings volume (71K vs 1) and chart position (#20 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BePresent sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Vault sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vault holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BePresent has 71K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
