# Sensation™ vs Plotwist

The clearest difference is rating: Plotwist at 5.0 against Sensation™'s 3.3. Plotwist also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Sensation™'s advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sensation™ sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and Plotwist sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Plotwist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sensation™ has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sensation™ ships an update every 2 months, Plotwist every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
