# AllDays vs iTems

The clearest difference is rating: AllDays at 4.7 against iTems's 4.0. AllDays also leads on ratings volume (7 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). iTems's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). AllDays ships an update monthly, iTems every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
