# Easy Fast vs Fasting Timer

The clearest difference is rating: Easy Fast at 4.5 against Fasting Timer's 3.0. Easy Fast also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (240 vs 2). Fasting Timer's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Fast sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Fasting Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Easy Fast holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Fast has 240 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Easy Fast's written reviews are positive against 33% of Fasting Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Easy Fast ships an update every 5 weeks, Fasting Timer every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
