# OmniLock vs SelfFirst

The clearest difference is update cadence: SelfFirst at every 5 days against OmniLock's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OmniLock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SelfFirst sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OmniLock ships an update every 3 weeks, SelfFirst every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
