# Gemstone Lights vs PROPERTYWERKS

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Gemstone Lights at 4.6K against PROPERTYWERKS's 2. Gemstone Lights also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Gemstone Lights against 5.0 for PROPERTYWERKS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gemstone Lights has 4.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gemstone Lights ships an update fortnightly, PROPERTYWERKS every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
