# Refocus vs Timeless Reality

The clearest difference is update cadence: Refocus at weekly against Timeless Reality's every 7 months. Refocus also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 25). Timeless Reality's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Refocus sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Timeless Reality sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timeless Reality holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Refocus has 12K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of Refocus's written reviews are positive against 100% of Timeless Reality's.

Refocus ships an update weekly, Timeless Reality every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
