# Refocus vs Resolutions

The clearest difference is ads: Resolutions at none against Refocus's shown. Resolutions also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (3 vs 1). Refocus's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Refocus sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Resolutions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resolutions holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Refocus has 12K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Refocus ships an update weekly, Resolutions every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
