# Refocus vs I Build Tech™

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: I Build Tech™ at none against Refocus's 17. I Build Tech™ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Refocus's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 1). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Refocus sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. I Build Tech™ asks for nothing beyond the download.

I Build Tech™ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Refocus has 12K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Refocus ships an update weekly, I Build Tech™ every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
