The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Speed at none against RC AI Mechanic's 2. Speed also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). RC AI Mechanic's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RC AI Mechanic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year. Speed asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for RC AI Mechanic against 5.0 for Speed. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RC AI Mechanic has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
