# Self Affirmations vs SuperSelf

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Self Affirmations at 16 against SuperSelf's 1. Self Affirmations also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Self Affirmations sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and SuperSelf sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Self Affirmations against 5.0 for SuperSelf. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Self Affirmations has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Self Affirmations ships an update every 10 days, SuperSelf every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
