# Lorex Pro vs PrinterSetTools

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lorex Pro at every 4 months against PrinterSetTools's every 11 months. Lorex Pro also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lorex Pro ships an update every 4 months, PrinterSetTools every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
