# CompTIA Network+ Prep 2026 vs Locked In

The clearest difference is rating: Locked In at 5.0 against CompTIA Network+ Prep 2026's 4.3. Locked In also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). CompTIA Network+ Prep 2026's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CompTIA Network+ Prep 2026 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Locked In sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
