# Cittapp vs As Gastronómico

The clearest difference is rating: As Gastronómico at 5.0 against Cittapp's 2.8. As Gastronómico also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). Cittapp's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

As Gastronómico holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cittapp has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cittapp ships an update fortnightly, As Gastronómico every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
