# JP vs Relationship tracker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: JP at none against Relationship tracker's 7. Relationship tracker's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (53 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Relationship tracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. JP asks for nothing beyond the download.

Relationship tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Relationship tracker has 53 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of JP's written reviews are positive against 94% of Relationship tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

JP ships an update every 3 weeks, Relationship tracker every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
