# CheckMyList vs Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: CheckMyList at every 2 months against Note's every 12 months. Note's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CheckMyList ships an update every 2 months, Note every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
