# 6 Tool vs Baseball IQ Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Baseball IQ Pro at 100% against 6 Tool's 75%. Baseball IQ Pro also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). 6 Tool's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 6 Tool sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $99.99 per year and Baseball IQ Pro sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

6 Tool holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of 6 Tool's written reviews are positive against 100% of Baseball IQ Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

6 Tool ships an update every 3 weeks, Baseball IQ Pro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
