# Blockin vs ScrollOut

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScrollOut at every 3 days against Blockin's every 11 days. Blockin's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blockin sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and ScrollOut sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blockin ships an update every 11 days, ScrollOut every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
