# Appstart vs IguVerse

The clearest difference is rating: IguVerse at 4.8 against Appstart's 4.2. IguVerse also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). Appstart's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and review sentiment (86% vs 57%). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IguVerse sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Appstart asks for nothing beyond the download.

IguVerse holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 442 and 451 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Appstart's written reviews are positive against 57% of IguVerse's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
