The clearest difference is rating: 八字排盘 at 4.8 against 问先生's 1.0. 八字排盘 also leads on ratings volume (33 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 八字排盘 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 问先生 sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
