# 八字排盘 vs Furud

The clearest difference is update cadence: Furud at weekly against 八字排盘's every 2 months. Furud also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (4 vs 2). 八字排盘's advantage is review sentiment (90% vs 69%) and ratings volume (33 vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 八字排盘 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Furud sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Furud holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 33 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of 八字排盘's written reviews are positive against 69% of Furud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

八字排盘 ships an update every 2 months, Furud weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
