# PDF Pro vs MyRecordKeeper Vault

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyRecordKeeper Vault at every 2 days against PDF Pro's every 6 days. MyRecordKeeper Vault also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). PDF Pro's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Pro sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and MyRecordKeeper Vault sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PDF Pro against 5.0 for MyRecordKeeper Vault. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Pro has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PDF Pro ships an update every 6 days, MyRecordKeeper Vault every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
