# TapNow vs Relmap

The clearest difference is ads: TapNow at none against Relmap's shown. TapNow also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). Relmap's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TapNow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Relmap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TapNow ships an update every 6 weeks, Relmap every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
