# Bully Pedex vs Ello Messenger

The clearest difference is rating: Bully Pedex at 4.7 against Ello Messenger's 3.9. Bully Pedex also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 16) and ratings volume (316 vs 41). Ello Messenger's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 50%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ello Messenger sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month. Bully Pedex asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bully Pedex holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bully Pedex has 316 ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Bully Pedex's written reviews are positive against 65% of Ello Messenger's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
