# OmgFic vs WhosNovel

The clearest difference is update cadence: OmgFic at every 8 days against WhosNovel's every 13 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OmgFic sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and WhosNovel sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OmgFic ships an update every 8 days, WhosNovel every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
