# Ascent Training vs BLE Health+

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: BLE Health+ at 13.0 against Ascent Training's 15.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ascent Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $59.99 per month and BLE Health+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
