Buy carefully. Sell clearly. ThriftFlip is an offline workspace for resellers who want to know what they bought, where they put it, and what they made after their actual costs. KEEP YOUR INVENTORY TOGETHER Add items with purchase cost, date, storage location and notes. Keep selected photos with each find. Mark items as listed, then record the sale when it happens. Search your inventory by item name or storage location. ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE HAUL Enter a total haul cost and item names. ThriftFlip allocates the cost across those items while retaining every cent. SEE RECORDED PROFIT Record item selling price, shipping paid by the buyer, platform fees, postage, supplies, other expenses, other fees and taxes paid. Keep refunds, returns to stock, resales, reimbursements and dated corrections in a history. Unsold inventory is kept separate from completed-sale profit. CHECK A POSSIBLE BUY Use your own expected selling price, fee assumptions, shipping and target profit to explore a purchase budget. These are estimates from your inputs, not live marketplace valuations or guaranteed resale returns. KEEP YOUR RECORDS PORTABLE Export a full workspace backup with inventory, sales and attached photos. Restore with a recovery copy of the previous workspace saved first. JSON export is also available for record interchange; image files require a full backup. A PROTECTED PATH FOR OLDER LIBRARIES If the older on-device ThriftFlip database is present, version 3 retains it and creates a separate checked copy for local review. Browse supported older inventory, sales, scans, saved offers and other saved categories. Export the protected database folder separately. Import ready inventory and sales only after review and confirmation; unresolved details stay in the originals. Scans and wish lists do not become purchases automatically. PRIVATE, OFFLINE AND INCLUDED No app account, AI key, ads or new in-app subscription. Your app purchase includes the redesigned workspace. Explore fictional sample records separately from your saved inventory. VERSION 3 IS AN OFFLINE REDESIGN Older online product identification, market-price feeds and social services have been replaced by a manual inventory and profit workflow. Keep a device backup before updating, and keep your exported backups outside the app before reinstalling or changing devices. Backups are not password-encrypted by ThriftFlip. One workspace uses USD, CAD, GBP, EUR or AUD; amounts are not converted. ThriftFlip is a recordkeeping tool, not tax or accounting advice.
