# Elevator Room Escape vs Escape Game

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Elevator Room Escape at 355 against Escape Game's 32. Elevator Room Escape also leads on review sentiment (90% vs 81%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Escape Game's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Elevator Room Escape against 4.8 for Escape Game. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elevator Room Escape has 355 ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Elevator Room Escape's written reviews are positive against 81% of Escape Game's.
