# NakedMD vs Xperience+

The clearest difference is ads: Xperience+ at none against NakedMD's shown. Xperience+ also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). NakedMD's advantage is ratings volume (480 vs 11) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NakedMD holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NakedMD has 480 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

NakedMD ships an update every 5 weeks, Xperience+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
