# AromaTech vs Becoming

The clearest difference is rating: Becoming at 5.0 against AromaTech's 1.2. Becoming also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). AromaTech's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Becoming holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AromaTech has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AromaTech ships an update every 2 months, Becoming every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
